My third parchment piece was the card I used for my May card swap, my “Just for You” card!
I did this in three stages – by tracing and embossing the main image, by colouring the image, and then by making the finished image into a card. I had also embossed designs into the card itself by using templates to trace outlines into the front of the card.
This card was slightly different from the bow and rose cards I made previously because rather than using stencils to make it, I traced the images from ones on a printed out design itself, before doing the embossing etc freehand – a lot more daring!! It took two attempts to get it right, but I’m fairly happy with the results!! See what you think?
